Restrictions on Disclosure

For offences under this section ({{{1}}}), the Crown cannot disclose any records attracting a "reasonable expectation of privacy" that relate "to a complainant or a witness" unless applied for through the process described in s. 278.2 to 278.91: see s. 276.
