• IN THE MATTER OF an Application for:...an Assistance Order pursuant to s. 487.02 of the Criminal Code.
• This investigation involves the search of [insert purpose of the main authorization]. It is beleived that assistance to carry otu the search ... requires assistance of persons who are not peace officers to be at the location of the search. It is requested that an Asxstance Order be made requesting the following Terms and Conditions and whatever other assitance is required to give effect to the search warrant.
• In order to maintain the integrity of the investigation and to ensure non-disclosure of the ongoing investigation, I am requesting that any person, company or organization required to provide assistance under the order be further ordered not to disclose the content, existence or operation of this search warrant or assistance order in any manner ot any person excpet as is necessary for the purpose of complying with any of the orders.
